Thank you for shopping with QueEssentials.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, there are several options.
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, is non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items AND shipping exchanges unless the reason for the return is the fault of Que Essentials i.e. documented damage or incorrect item shipped. When there is documented damage or an error, Que Essentials will provide a return label. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a replacement will be sent if available.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Custom embroidery items such as hats, shirts, and sweaters
- Custom tents
- Warehouse sale, clearance, and FINAL sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, within ten business days, your refund will be processed, and a credit (less the cost of shipping) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Depending on your shipping address and product availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return less shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item, a credit will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the party who made the purchase had the order shipped to themselves, any refund would issue to that party.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we will receive your returned item.
